At CTMS we are completely tool independent. We believe in finding the best tool to suit our clients' objectives, budgets and resources, whether it is a basic network discovery tool or a full IT service management (ITSM) tool that is required. Where there is an existing tool in place, we endeavor to utilise this tool before recommending any alternatives.

Modular service offering
CTMS simplifies the SAM process by offering its clients a series of modules that are easy to understand and implement. Our SAM Quick Suite of individual services range from providing a manufacturer consumption risk report though to software vendor certification. In other words our clients can choose to engage in a basic audit and licence reconciliation service or a range of multi-managed service modules that can be combined in any order according to their immediate or future requirements. Fixed Cost Services
Unlike many SAM service providers we charge a fixed price for all our services. This allows our customers to stay within their allocated budgets and have a clear idea of the deliverables for each service module purchased.

Full multi-vendor software compliance
CTMS is able to offer a SAM engagement that covers all significant software vendors such as Symantec and Adobe, and not just Microsoft. This means our clients benefit from full software compliance and able to mitigate the risk of software liabilities posed by other non-Microsoft software vendors.
